In each webinar session, you will be guided through activities and exercises to help you notice, identify, and ultimately transform your experience of freedom in your dreams. In addition to the webinar sessions, you will be asked and encouraged to keep a dream journal, including activities and exercises that are intended to deepen your understanding and experience of freedom in your dreams.
